TERMS OF USE OF THE PLATFORM
CONTENT HOLDER INFORMATION
PURPOSE OF THE TERMS OF USE
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to regulate the content of MESOESTETIC on the platform owned by Foxize Cloud (hereinafter, the Portal), as well as the regulation of the relationship between MESOESTETIC and the registered user (hereinafter, the student or user).
The platform registration involves accepting these Terms of Use, and, by means of the aforementioned acceptance, the user states that he/she is of legal age.
The purpose of the platform is to provide users with access to training once registered and to all the published training content. This platform will allow all users, once the registration is complete, access to sign up for all the web webinars, to see the contents of all the previously published webinars and full access to the various materials published on the platform. By registering on the platform, the user also agrees to be contacted by a company representative (or authorized distributor, if applicable) via the provided email to receive information about products and brand content related to the trainings offered on the platform.
Registration to the platform will be understood to be carried out at our registered address.
From the moment the user accesses the platform's website address, they must expressly and without reservations accept each and every one of these Terms of Use.
PHASE AND PROCEDURE FOR ENROLMENT IN THE COURSES
REGISTRATION
For registration, the form must be completed, and the required data provided, which must be true. The data provided may be modified in the student profile section once the student has completed their registration.
MESOESTETIC will not be held liable for damages caused by the lack of veracity, validity and authenticity of the information provided by users about them or by the statements, explanations, ideologies or comments that have been sent by them.
Each registered user will have a password, which will be personal and non-transferable. Any unauthorised use or loss of password must be immediately reported to MESOESTETIC. Registers inactive for a long time may be deleted if the MESOESTETIC team considers it necessary.
ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
Once the user has registered or has entered their user session, they will have full access to the content published on the training platform. The platform has a training objective, so the published content will have that nature. The user will have the right to view all the previously published content, access all the materials published on the platform and register for the next webinars that are published.
MESOESTETIC will offer free training courses, in which users must first register to have access.
CONFIRMATION
A user confirmation of the registration on the platform, as well as confirmation of the enrolment in a course, will be made by email.
The user, in their personal profile account once registered, will have access to all the content published on the training platform and can enrol in the webinars, with unlimited access to visualizations and material.
The student can download and save the presentations and other material made available to them, in the format available (pdf, ppt, etc.).
QUALITY AND OPERATION OF THE SERVICE
Training courses organised by MESOESTETIC will be carried out on the dates and in accordance with the methodology indicated in their presentation, and on the information provided on the company's web platform.
When the course information establishes the obligation to carry out a test, an examination, present work or any task that is considered essential, it will be a mandatory condition for the user to submit it to pass the course.
The same student can enrol in one or more courses, either simultaneously or on different dates, at their interest.
The contract language will be Spanish and English.
In general, communications between MESOESTETIC and the student and between the person who provides the training and the student will take place electronically, unless otherwise indicated specifically in a course, or decided by the person who gives a specific course.
The quality of our professionals is one of the essential assets of this platform. Any incident or complaint by a student will be dealt with and considered.
In order to complete a training course, the student must meet the following conditions:
Internet connection via a personal computer (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 9 or higher, Safari, Opera browsers).
Operating system McOs (iPad, iPhone), Google Android.
POLICY OF CHANGES, WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION OF A STUDENT
Courses offered by MESOESTETIC are valid on the dates indicated on the web platform and may be cancelled when, at the company's discretion, the number of participants in a course does not reach the minimum planned.
Courses may be modified by MESOESTETIC due to organisational reasons or force majeure and any modification will be notified to the students interested and enrolled in the course.
Students may request their enrolment to be cancelled within 14 days of the date of registration and, at the latest, up to 3 days before the start of the course.
To exercise the right to cancellation, the user must indicate this in writing to **, or may do so through the same virtual platform whenever permitted by it.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.
The logos, brands and other distinctive signs that appear on the platform belong to MESOESTETIC and the platform owner, and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights and all the current regulations that preserve them.
The technology, software, source code of the website, some images and graphs are the intellectual property of Foxize Cloud, and none of the use rights may be understood to be transferred to the User, beyond the strictly necessary for the correct use of the Portal. These rights are registered in the Intellectual Property Register.
All the information content, training, MESOESTETIC brand and any related content included on the platform are the intellectual property of MESOESTETIC.
Furthermore, it is reported that full or partial reproduction of any content published on this portal (texts, images, videos, training documents or others) is strictly prohibited, without the prior authorisation of its holder. Similarly, the data and forms that can be published are the property of the holder and the authors, according to the content (unless otherwise specified), and are protected by the corresponding copyright and/or intellectual property rights.
LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENTS.
MESOESTETIC assumes no liability for the legality of other third-party websites from which you can access its portal.
The entity reserves the right to make changes to the website without prior notice, with the aim of keeping its information and services up to date.
MESOESTETIC will assume no liability for the use made by third parties of the information published on its portal.
As for social media, the page holder will not be liable for the activity that users or visitors do on the company's social media pages, in particular concerning the data, comments and images that may be published.
The holder will not be liable for the fact that a minor carries out activities on its social media pages, as a result of a breach of the duties of the legal guardian of the minor (s) mentioned.
On the other hand, the entity reserves the right to delete or block the comments and/or activity of users who misuse the page, or who act abusively or unlawfully, or also in the event of uploading compromising photos or which may result in criminal offences.

MESOESTETIC has implemented suitable technical and organisational security measures to be able to browse its website securely and to respect the rights to the protection of its users' data.

Whoever, despite this, causes damage or commits unlawful acts about the rights of third parties and for these purposes, will be subject to the administrative, civil and/or criminal rules of Spanish law.
